Leadership Commitment
We ensure that all our leaders are properly trained so our scouts can be mentored in a safe environment provided by our sponsor organization. In addition, we encourage our leaders to attend regular scout training events. We are proud to have past and present leaders who are Eagle Scouts.
Our leaders are a group of volunteers who are commited to scouts. This looks like planning meetings, organizing field trips, teaching new skills, and, yeah, sometimes getting a pie in the face or getting covered in gooey slime. It's all in a day's work for the Pack 3300 leadership team!
