In order to particapte in any Pack 3300 event, you will need to turn in medical forms A & B. These do not require a doctor's visit. For family camp, every single person particpating (this includes parents and siblings!) will need to have a completed medical form. These can be filled out online and emailed to the pack email address or printed and filled out by hand- that's up to you! If you need a printed copy, we have those ready for you as well.
